The number 3 ranked Duke Blue Devils were handed their worst loss since 1990 against the 10th ranked Clemson Tigers Wednesday night.

“It was 40 minutes of them dominating,” Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski said. “They just kicked our butts.”

The Tigers have now won 3 straight in the ACC and their overall home record has improved to 11-1.

After the game fans charged the court to celebrate Clemson’s first victory over Duke since 1997.

“It’s going to be tough to top that,” Tigers player Trevor Booker said. “We just played great. … They quit at the end. We just got the job done.”
