Mike Singletary has only been the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers for about a week but he’s already making it clear that he won’t waste time dealing with cry baby players like tight end Vernon Davis. VD has all the talent in the world but he’s always been a huge diva who pouts when he doesn’t get the ball enough. It’s nice to see a coach who isn’t afraid to stand up to his players.
The 49ers lost to the Seahawks 34-13 on Sunday.

The Philadelphia Phillies have a 3-1 lead in the World Series over the Tampa Bay Rays after their flawless performance on Sunday night in game 4.
