President Obama is hoping the Pittsburgh Steelers can beat the Arizona Cardinals and win Super Bowl 43 Sunday night. He likes Kurt Warner and he wishes Arizona the best but he has many close friendships with people associated with the Steelers.

Sammy the Owl gets ejected

Rice University’s mascot, Sammy the Owl gets ejected from the basketball game against Tulane on Wednesday for headbutting the referee. Without their mascot Rice had a hard time focusing on the game, as a result they lost 61-59.

Herm Edwards will join ESPN

Since Herm Edwards couldn’t make it in the NFL as a head coach he’s decided to join ESPN as an analyst.

This could have been the best Super Bowl commercial ever

NBC banned this PETA Super Bowl ad from airing during Super Bowl XLIII because they felt it was too “sexual”. Dumb move by NBC, this commercial would have been the best Super Bowl ad ever.

Billy Gillispie hates stupid questions

Kentucky coach Billy Gillispie was asked a question about Jodie Meeks at halftime of the Kentucky – Ole Miss game. When he didn’t have an answer for the question he basically told the sideline reporter Jeannine Edwards that she’s a bad reporter with dumb questions.
