Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose won the NBA Rookie of the Year by a landslide on Wednesday. He received 111 first-place votes and 574 points from a national group of sports journalists and broadcasters; beating runner-up O.J. Mayo who only received 5 first place votes and 127 points.
