Venus Williams Upset At Wimbledon

Venus Williams proved once again that she’s no Serena when she was upset by some 82nd-ranked nobody at Wimbledon in the quarterfinals on Tuesday. She lossed 6-2, 6-3 to some chick named Tsvetana Pironkova of Bulgaria.

“I just didn’t get enough balls in today,” said Williams. “I let it spiral and didn’t get any balls in. I had a lot of opportunities, a lot of short balls and I seemed to hit each one out.

“If there was a shot to miss, I think I missed it. … I didn’t bring my best tennis today,” she said.

Venus, do us all a favor and retire from the sport of Tennis. Every time you play in a tournament we always end up reporting that you got upset by some nobody. Please spare us a few seconds and just quit the sport. Thank you!

South Carolina Wins College World Series

South Carolina managed to win their first College World Series ever on Monday night when the Gamecocks beat UCLA 2-1, providing the perfect send-off for Rosenblatt Stadium.

“It dawned on me, it would be wonderful to go deep into this thing and be around at the end,” Gamecocks coach Ray Tanner said. “I know the new stadium will be very special and a great facility.

“But this is history. And we’ll be a part of the College World Series and Rosenblatt for a long, long time.”

In previous years the CWS has been hyped up and highlights were seen all the time on ESPN, but for some reason this year the mainstream media didn’t really care to cover the event. I’m not sure why. All I can assume is that everyone is beginning to hate baseball.

Here’s a song dedicated to Kobe Bryant by one of his biggest homosexual fans, Ryan Parker. Obviously, this Ryan Parker douche really has the hots for Kobe and would probably suck him off for free.

I hate gays, don’t you?

Thought so!

Cedric Benson Is A Thug

Cedric Benson is the latest NFL player to have a run in with the law. On Tuesday the Bengals running back was arrested with misdemeanor assault for punching a bar employee in the face.

“Though we adamantly dispute that Cedric committed a crime, Cedric will continue to cooperate with law enforcement, the Bengals and the NFL in their investigation of these events,” Benson’s attorney David Cornwell said.

Roger Goodell has to be super pissed right about now. He is the strictest commissioner in all of sports, yet his league has more thugs and more athletes getting in trouble with the law than any other sport.

Benson will likely receive a 4-game suspension.

Andy Roddick Still Sucks At Tennis

American Andy Roddick has proved over and over again that he’s a horrible tennis player. He sucks so bad that a lot of people feel sorry for him because he tries hard, but he’ll never be as good as Federer and Nadal. On Monday, poor crappy Roddick was upset at Wimbledon by some nobody named, Yen-Hsun Lu.

“It never gets easier,” Roddick Said. “Of course I’m going to be [ticked] off when I wake up tomorrow. I mean, if you got fired from your job, you probably wouldn’t wake up the next day in a great mood.”

Well Andy, if I sucked that bad at my job I would have been fired a long long time ago! We get it, you’re a great server. But when it comes to everything else, you have absolutely no skill.

Chris Henry Had Brain Trauma

I has been discovered that the now dead Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver, Chris Henry, had chronic traumatic encephalopathy, which is a form of degenerative brain damage caused by multiple hits to the head.

“We would have been very happy if the results had been negative, but multiple areas of Chris Henry’s brain showed CTE,” said Julian Bailes, director of BIRI and chairman of neurosurgery at West Virginia.

So this explains why the kid was so screwed up in the head! I don’t want to make it sound like I’m bashing the deceased, but Henry always had a problem staying away from trouble.

Now we know why!

Warren Sapp Hates Albert Haynesworth

Nowadays everybody hates Redskins defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth, including his parents, teammates, coaches and apparently the legendary Warren Sapp.

“Let’s stop the BS, like we like to say,” Sapp told Vic Carucci and Howard Balzer on SiRIUS NFL Radio. “I mean, c’mon, son. You sat at the table. The people told you they had a very lovely check for you….Albert Haynesworth, you took the check, now show up to the job, son. It’s that simple. You take that kind of check. I mean, I’ll flip dogs for you. I mean, c’mon, what you want me to do, you want me to return punts? I mean, what? C’mon. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it.”

If Haynesworth was smart he would take Sapp’s advice and seriously cut the crap. He has all the money in the world, no show up and do your job. Stop being a baby.

Dear Bob Bradley: America Hate You

Well, let me retract that statement. America doesn’t hate you because America doesn’t know who the hell you are. But if they actually cared about Soccer, they would hate you. Because your horrible calls is the reason why they were beaten by Ghana at the World Cup.

Fedor Emelianenko Is A Punk!

The supposedly best MMA fighter in the world, Fedor Emelianenko, was upset by some nobody Fabricio Werdum on Saturday night when the Last Emporer tapped out early in the fight from an Arm Bar.

“The one who doesn’t fall doesn’t stand up,” Emelianenko said. “I was concentrating on the strikes. That’s why I made the mistake. We’ll try and figure out and analyze why it happened. We have one more fight, for which I will come to America.”

So does this huge upset mean Fedor was overrated, or does it mean Fabricio Werdum is just that good? Honestly, it doesn’t mean anything. Every MMA fighter gets beat a few times, that’s just the nature of the sport. You can’t win every fight. Fedor is not invincible, but I guarantee if these two fight again he’ll beat the shit out of Fabricio.
