American Nastia Liukin has won the all-around gold in women’s gymnastics with the score 63.325 points just six-tenths ahead of silver medalist and teammate Shawn Johnson.

“It’s not possible to describe how proud I am,” Valeri Liukin said afterward. “It’s just an amazing feeling.”

China’s Yang Yilin won the bronze medal with a total of 62.65 points.
