The message being sent: Whatever you do, do not show healthy, attractive human bodies in a positive light. Hmmmm – sounds like a cultural neurosis.
It sets a good example when people blessed by God with physical beauty allow that excellence to be preserved against the ravages of time through art. I would never advocate casting giant tarps over Mount Rainier or Niagara Falls; so American extremists, please make peace with the human body.
