The NFL season has just started, but it’s never too soon to declare the best quote of the season, is it? This quote came from NFL Announcer Chris Myers when he was discussing Larry Foote’s transition from Pittsburgh to Detroit.

“Going from two Super Bowls in Pittsburgh to the winless Detroit team — that’s like going from dating Beyonce to Whoopi Goldberg,” Myers said.

Some people are criticizing Myers and believe he should be fired for saying it. We don’t understand what the big deal is. Afterall, what he said is true, isn’t it?
