Brock Lesnar is the new UFC heavyweight champion after he knocked out three-time title holder Randy Couture on Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

“I can’t believe it,” said Lesnar.

“I can’t believe it.”

All of Couture’s MMA experience couldn’t make up for Lesnar’s 50-pound weight advantage.

“He’s just a big guy. He caught me with a big shot,” Couture said after the fight.

With the loss, Couture’s record has fallen to 16-9 and if there isn’t a rematch this fight could mark the end of his great career.

Lesnar, the former NCAA wrestling champion, has improved his record to 3-1 and will pursue a huge fight with Fedor Emelyanenko.
