This clip is from the 20th annual Richard Opie Basketball Tournament at Pewaukee High School in Wisconsin. The Pewaukee 7th & 8th grade Wildcat were battling the Longhowns; a Wildcat player throws up a prayer and makes an amazing full court shot but the basket doesn’t count and the game goes to overtime.
The Wildcats eventually won the game in overtime.

Iowa State took a 74-53 beating from Jayne Appel and the Stanford Cardinals on Monday night. Appel had the night of her life with 46 points, that’s the 3rd most ever scored in a NCAA tournament.

The Missouri Tigers surprised a lot of college basketball fans on Thursday when they easily defeated Memphis 102-91 to earn an elite 8 berth.
