The Detroit Pistons have beat the Boston Celtics 103 – 97 in the Eastern Conference finals tying the series at 1-1. Now the Celtics will have to win a road game if they want to advance.
“I fully believe, and I’ve said many times, at some point we’re going to have to win on the road,” Celtics coach Doc Rivers said. “We’ve gotten away with it thus far. That’s been taken away. And if we want what we want, we have to win on the road and that’s just the way it is.”
FACT: Boston can’t win a road game in playoffs.
Looks like the Pistons will take this series.

The Boston Celtics sent LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers home after defeating them 97-92 in game 7 of the series. It was a very entertaining game and both Paul Pierce (41 points) and LeBron James (45 points) played great but the Celtics just refuse to lose on their home court. Boston will now face the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday. And thankfully we won’t have to listen to the Celtics complain about the refs in this series anymore.

After the Boston Celtics lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers 74-69 on Friday night Celtics coach Doc Rivers blamed the defeat on the refs.
“I thought the charge call on Paul . . . well, you guys can take it from there,” said Celtics coach Doc Rivers. “I mean, that’s a huge call . . . to make, but listen, we played hard. I’m just going to stop there.”
Stop whining, your team got beat fair and square. Instead of wasting time bitching about the refs start working on a better plan for game 7.
