Why We Hate Him: He’s washed up and drops more balls than he catches these days, but he still won’t shut up! New Cleveland Browns head coach Eric Mangini is giving quarterback Brady Quinn the first team reps in this week’s voluntary minicamp, leading many people to believe Quinn will start the season over Derek Anderson on the depth chart.
