The Missouri Tigers surprised a lot of college basketball fans on Thursday when they easily defeated Memphis 102-91 to earn an elite 8 berth.

For the first time in more than 50 years Villanova has managed to beat Duke. And Unfortunatly for Duke the loss will keep them from reaching the elite 8.
The Connecticut Huskies won their first round game against Chattanooga 103-47 despite being without their coach Jim Calhoun who is in the hospital with an illness.
