Annika Sorenstam Will Retire After This Year
Golfer chick Annika Sorenstam plans to retire after the Dubai Ladies Masters in December of this year.
“The reason for this decision is that I have other priorities in my life,” Sorenstam said. “This is obviously a very difficult decision for me to make, because I love this game very much. But I know it’s the right one. I’m leaving the game on my own terms.”
Thank god! Hopefully her departure from the sport will leave the door open for a younger, hotter chick to take over ladies golf.

American Paul Goydos was everyone’s favorite to win the Players Championship, but Sergio Garcia pulled into a tie after 72 regulation holes. The two went into a playoff round and Garcia pulled out the victory.
