Jim Tressel is one hell of a football coach. Possibly the best college football coach of the past decade and beyond. Unfortunately, he’s also a liar and probably cheated his way to the top of the coaching reigns.

Many sports fans around the world today woke up to some surprising news. Ohio State Buckeyes legendary football coach Jim Tressel has resigned from his position. It has been speculated for quite some time that the sweater vest may step down, but those rumors seemed to die down a few months ago. Then, out of the blue, Ohio State announced he has stepped down.
Urban Meyer and Bo Pelini have all been rumored as possible replacements, but there are certainly no guarantees. One thing is for sure, Ohio State is a great job and will attract the attention of many big names.
