Miami Dolphins wide receiver Greg Camarillo will miss the rest of the season after suffering a season ending knee injury during Miami’s 48-28 loss to the New England Patriots.
Last year Mercury Morris didn’t hide his hatred for the New England Patriots but he’s actually a fan of this years last undefeated team, the Tennessee Titans. Morris says they remind him of his unbeaten 1972 Dolphins team.
Apparently Dolphins linebacker Joey Porter got tired of attacking Broncos receiver Brandon Marshall so he has decided to go after Jaguars receiver Matt Jones instead.
“He got caught with cocaine and Matt Jones is still playing football,” Porter said.
Dolphins linebacker Joey Porter and Broncos receiver Brandon Marshall apparently hate each other. It all started when Porter accused Marshall of being a mentally soft receiver earlier in the week.
“He’s one of those guys that if he don’t get the ball in the first two series in the first quarter, he’s out of it,” Porter said.
The undefeated 1972 Dolphins think it’s important for you to know they’re not at all impressed with the only undefeated team left this season, the Tennessee Titans.
“I don’t think they’re that good,” former Dolphins running back Jim Kiick told the media.
Miami Dolphins running back Ricky Williams had the urge to get high during his bye week but he controlled his craving and saved his marijuana for another day.
“Thursday, coach told us we had Friday off, so automatically your mind, which is so constrained since training camp began — every day is a grind, it’s a grind, it’s a grind — and then Coach says `you’re free.’ And the mind says, `I’m free, what can I do?” Williams told The Miami Herald.
Miami Dolphins linebacker Joey Porter felt the need to call out Patriots QB Matt Cassel just a few days before their Sunday matchup.
“I just know he’s not a Tom Brady,” Porter said. “So if it’s not Tom Brady, it shouldn’t be that hard. It’ll be good to go out there and get our first victory.” Read the rest of this entry »
After trading for Brett Favre the New York Jets realized they had no reason to keep Chad Pennington on their roster so they wasted no time releasing him. Immediatly after Pennington’s release many teams started to show interest in him, especially the Miami Dolphins.
