Billy Wagner will have a chance to pitch in the pennant race after the New York Mets traded him to the Boston Red Sox for two unnamed players on Tuesday.

Whitney Port throws first pitch at Dodgers game

Whitney Port, star of the MTV reality show “The Hills”, threw our the first pitch for the Los Angeles Dodgers vs. New York Mets game on May 21st.

“It was so cool because I’ve been a Dodgers fan my whole life,” Port wrote on her blog. “So it was really special to be there with my entire family.”

Billy Wagner Cries Like a Newborn Baby

New York Mets closer Billy Wagner will require surgery to repair the medial collateral ligament in his left elbow and his flexor pronator, likely keeping him out through the 2009 season.

The heartbreaking news caused the 12-year veteran to cry like a little newborn baby girl.
