The Iowa Hawkeyes upset the 5th ranked Penn State Nittany Lions for the second straight year with a 21-10 victory on Saturday night.

Joe Paterno loves Bobby Bowden

Although Joe Paterno is currently just one game above Bobby Bowden for the most career victories ever, the legendary Penn State coach does not want the NCAA to take any wins away from his Florida State rival for academic fraud.
