Bleached skin or overexposure?

WTF has Sammy Sosa done to his skin? Sosa’s claiming it’s from a skin treatment, but it looks like he’s got some serious issues. Sosa obviously has no qualms with better living through chemistry, but he should have thought twice before messing so much with his face. What do you think, should Sammy seek a refund?
