These Refs need louder whistles
Some asshole football player breaks this quarterbacks collar bone with a brutal hit way after the whistles were blown.

Ben Roethlisberger and the Pittsburgh Steelers try a last second hail mary but fall short and lose to the Indianapolis Colts 24-20.
During the Houston vs. Marshall game earlier this week, Houston receiver Patrick Edwards ran into a cart belonging to the Marshall band and suffered a compound leg fracture which could possibly be a career ending injury.
Absolutely ugly injury that could have and should have been avoided. Carts should not be allowed anywhere near the field while the game is still being played. I can’t help but feel bad for this kid.
Here’s a funny moment from the Boston College vs. Virginia Tech game — a penalty flag came out of nowhere and confused everybody until the refs figured out some drunk fan threw it onto the field from their seat.
Check out this Referee as he appears to tackle South Carolina’s quarterback Stephen Garcia on purpose.
Nice tackle by the ref. I wonder how much money he had riding on the game.

Cincinnati Bengals rookie linebacker Keith Rivers will miss the rest of the season after Hines Ward broke his jaw with the brutal hit seen above.
Does Hines Ward deserve to be fined by the NFL for the hit?
A little kid tries to catch the football after a successful extra point field goal but gets knocked out when it lands on his head.
With Jon Kitna hurt the Detroit Lions are starting backup Dan Orlovsky who proved he’s not the smartest guy in the NFL by taking a safety for no obvious reason against the Minnesota Vikings.

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver was knocked out after New York Jets defensive back Eric Smith hit him with an illegal helmet to helmet hit.
Luckily all of the medical tests performed on Boldin’s head were negative and he has already been released from the hosptal. His status for next week is unknown at this time.
