Brock Lesnar is the new UFC heavyweight champion after he knocked out three-time title holder Randy Couture on Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

I thought the majority of MMA fans rocked out to metal? I’m surprised they’re trying to promote UFC 91 with the new rap single “Get up” by 50 Cent.

Former wrestler turned UFC fighter Brock Lesnar sits down with ESPN correspondent Tom Farrey for an interview but storms out when he’s asked about steroids.

Why would anybody think that Lesnar does steroids? He looks like a physically normal human to me (kidding).

Rashad Evans upset Chuck “The Iceman” Liddell at UFC 88 by knocking him out with a powerful right hand to the chin in the 2nd round.

“I’m very happy right now,” said Evans, improving his record to 17-0-1. “Chuck is a great competitor.”

With the defeat the once great Chuck Liddell now has a record of 21-6 and should start planning his retirement from the sport.

MMAJunkie.com broke the news this holiday weekend that Randy Couture may be returning to the UFC, possibly as soon as November. Couture hasn’t fought since August 2007, when he beat Gabriel Gonzaga via a third round TKO.

According to reports, Couture and the UFC will toss out his old contract and set up a new three fight deal, no doubt with a significant raise over his last contract as well as other perks and benefits.

Forrest Griffin shocked the world with his upset over Quinton (Rampage) Jackson to win 205-pound title at UFC 86.
