Good friends LeBron James and Dwayne Wade both scored over 40-points when Cavaliers faced the Heat on Monday night. It was LeBron’s Cavs that ended up winning the game, 107-100.
“We don’t want each other to have bragging rights,” James said after the game about his friendly competition with buddy Dwayne Wade. “We definitely go at it when we play each other.”
At one point in the 4th quarter the Heat had an 11-point lead but they were unable to finish strong and hold on for the win.
“That’s a tough one to swallow,” Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. “We had opportunities … and just couldn’t close the game.”
