Cavs’ Owner Hates LeBron James
Just a couple of hours after LeBron James officially announced his decision to leave Cleveland for the Miami Heat, his former owner Dan Gilbert blasted the Super Star.
”He quit (in the playoffs),” Gilbert said. ”Not just in Game 5, but in Games 2, 4 and 6. Watch the tape. The Boston series was unlike anything in the history of sports for a superstar.”
That may be true, but then Gilbert lost control and said the dumbest thing of his entire life.
“I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER ‘KING’ WINS ONE,” Gilbert said in closing.
Sorry Cleveland fans, but there’s no way your team will win a title before LeBron. The Cavs have nothing without the King. Even if LeBron is overrated (which he is), Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh alone are good enough to carry the Heat to a Title game.
