The SUV from Charlie Davies Accident

USA soccer has been riding a high this past week as they qualified for the 2010 World Cup, but that was tempered today when striker Charlie Davies was involved in a horrific one car accident that sliced an SUV in half and killed one person involved. The accident occurred at 3:00 in the morning on Tuesday.

Charlie Davies injuries are not said to be life threatening, and it’s unclear at this point whether he was the driver or passenger. The extent of his injuries are unknown, but it’s hard not to speculate given the photos of the SUV that are circulating.
