So much so in fact that they have put up 2 surface-to-air missiles station not even a mile from the stadiums where the Olympics are being held.

And people who live in basements in the surrounding area have been forced to move.

Ok I can understand their need for security, although missiles might be a bit too much, but what do I know I am by no means a security expert.

But what in the world can they do in a basement flat that cannot be done in any other type of flat I do not understand.
