The Chicago Cubs have traded outfielder Felix Pie to the Baltimore Orioles for pitchers Garrett Olson and minor leaguer Henry Williamson.

“We said we were really going to emphasize defense, and it’s hard to imagine a better defensive outfield in the game than Pie, [Adam] Jones and [Nick] Markakis,” Orioles team president Andy McPhail said. “It really gives us three center fielders.”

Pie never did anything in Chicago, I doubt it will be any different in Baltimore but I guess a change of scenery can’t hurt.
