Eagles soar past Vikings
The Philadelphia Eagles are headed towards a rematch with the New York Giants after soaring passed the Minnesota Vikings, 26-14 Sunday afternoon.
“I’ve seen this team have confidence in each other and try to have one another’s back,” QB Donovan McNabb said. “What you’re seeing is a team playing with a lot of energy, playing with emotion, and just having fun.”
If the Vikings had a quarterback and were any threat at all in the passing game they would be unbeatable. Adrian Peterson tried to carry them to a victory but without a passing game defenders load up the box.
They Eagles played well but they are not nearly as good as they would appear to be at first glance. The Giants should have a pretty easy victory next week.
