Current free agent Jason Taylor has recently said that he would hate to play for the New York Jets but he would absolutely love it if he returned to Miami to play for the Dolphins.

“It’d be very, very, very difficult. Very difficult,” Taylor said about the Jets. “But at the end of the day, if you can’t find a job anywhere else and the Jets call, I guess you’ve got to retire or go play.”

Taylor admitted that he’s still a huge fan of his former and in his perfect world Miami will give him another shot..

“I’ll always be a Dolphin,” Taylor said. “There was no bigger fan last year than me. I’m leaving the field from Redskins games and running to see what the Dolphins are doing and checking my phone throughout the day. Those guys on that team will tell you: I was in contact the whole time.”

Just retire already Jason. It’s obvious that you have no real desire to still play the game and your talent has greatly diminished. It’s time to say goodbye.
