Joey Burton of Newcastle sentenced
Disgraced Newcastle footballer Joey Barton (well I think he is a disgrace) has been sentenced.
He got 4 months suspended jail sentence and 200 hours of community service.
Did I mention Barton is currently in prison for prior attack? Leopard and spots comes to mind.
Anyhow Newcastle has denied reports that Barton is about to be sacked. The only thing they did confirm is that after Barton gets out of prison his future at the club will be discussed.
Sack his ass.
Here is the CCTV footage of Barton’s prior assault. It seems he is unable to hit anyone unless they are down on the ground. I wonder how he would fair out if his unsuspecting punching bags were actually standing up.

Not only that but in general, all “sports-men/women” shoud ALWAYS be judged and sentenced by a civilian Law court, not a sports court, and should get sentences/fines in line with their earnings, as well as tougher prison terms!
