The Los Angeles Lakers only needed 5 games to finish off the Utah Jazz. Kobe Bryant scored 31 points to help his team beat the Utah Jazz 107-96 on Monday night and advance to the next round of the NBA playoffs.

Lamar Odom added another 26 points on the night plus he led the Lakers in rebounds with 15.

Los Angeles now gets to rest a few days and prepare to face the winner of the Portland Trail Blazers – Houston Rockets series.
