Although Michael Vick won’t be eligible to play until week 3 of the NFL regular season, the Philadelphia Eagles have activated the dog killer off their exempt list and onto their 53-man roster.

To create roster space the Eagles released wide receiver and Mr. Kendra Wilkinson, Hank Baskett. Vick will compete with Kevin Kolb and newly acquired Jeff Garcia as Donovan McNabb’s top backup.

Our sources close to Vick assure us that he will not gamble on any dogfights until he becomes the starter.
