Notre Dame Michigan Football

Michigan jumped into the AP Top 25 on Sunday after managing to defeat Notre Dame 38-34 on Saturday thanks to a last second touchdown pass from Tate Forcier to Greg Matthews.

“It will go down in history as one of the greatest games in the Michigan-Notre Dame rivalry,” Mathews said after his game winning catch. “I’m glad I got a chance to play in it.”

On Sunday, when the updated AP Poll came out, Notre Dame found themselves knocked out of the Top 25 while Michigan was ranked 25.

“You think they would’ve felt bad for us?” Michigan coach Rich Rodriguez asked the media. “Charlie is a good football coach and he’s got a good football team. They’re going to win a lot of games. The quarterback is an NFL guy. They’ve got two of the best wide receivers I’ve seen in years and their running back is a big-time player.”

Rodriguez is full of shit. No way in hell does Notre Dame “win a lot of games” this season.
