Former UFC fighter Justin Levens has been found dead at his home in California earlier today. The cause of death is reportedly gunshot wounds. His wife was also found dead of gunshot wounds, forcing police to investigate the possibility of murder/suicide.

Levens had fought in 17 matches, with a career record of 9-8. He worked his way up to UFC fighting, also fighting in smaller leagues such as IFL and WEC.

In a pretty morbid twist, if the murder/suicide thing turns out to be true, Levens’ nickname was “The Executioner”. Levens had lost his past five fights, dating back to late 2006.
