After the Nebraska Cornhuskers got schooled 52-17 by the Missouri Tigers quarterback Chase Daniel accused them of being the dirtiest team he has ever played against.
“Nebraska was definitely one of the dirtiest teams I’ve played,” Daniel said after the game.
“You’ve got to settle it on the field, and I think we more than did that tonight.”
Missouri’s star quarterback is claiming one of the Huskers spit on him during pregame warmups.
“I’m not going to say who it was,” Daniel said following his teams victory. “He knows who it is. I think that’s bush league. I’ve never done that. That’s blatant disrespect.”
Nebraska’s head coach Bo Pelini said he has been trying to contact Missouri head coach Gary Pinkel to discuss the comments made by Daniel and added if the accusations are found true , it would be “unacceptable”.
