Ah I used to love to watch Paul Ince play. But he is proving to be just as good off the pitch.

Ince was a coach for the MK Dons, but after long negotiations he has accepted the position of head coach at Blackburn.

This is an accomplishment of a sort because this makes Ince the first ever black Brit to head a Premier League club. There were only 2 black coaches that came before him Jean Tigana and Ruud Gullit, but neither one of them was British.

Ince will stay with Blackburn for 3 years, however he will have to pass the test to get his official UEFA coaching badge in the next 2 years.
