Quinton Jackson beats Keith Jardine

Despite a poor performance Quinton “Rampage” Jackson won a unanimous decision over Keith “The Dean of Mean” Jardine at UFC 96 on Saturday night.
“It wasn’t one of my better nights. You can tell, but I pulled it off,” Jackson said. “Sometimes you have to do what you have to do to win. It’s just one of those nights; I could tell.”
Fight Judges Doc Hamilton and Doug Crosby scored the fight 29-28; the 3rd judge Cecil Peoples scored the fight 30-27.
Jackson is currently scheduled to fight light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans on May 23rd.
After the fight Jardine said Evans will easily beat Rampage.
“Rashad can beat this guy; Rashad is too fast for him,” Jardine said. “Rashad’s going to beat him.”
If Jackson fights like this against the champ, he’ll get knocked out quick.
