Rich Rodriguez Denies Allegations
At a press conference on Monday morning, Michigan head coach Rich Rodriguez denied claims that he forced player to practice longer than NCAA rules allow.
“We know the rules,” Rodriguez said. “and we follow the rules.”
Anonymous former players and current players have complained that Rodreguez has forced them to practice beyond the NCAA limit of 20 hours per week. The school has already started a full investigation.
“We believe we have been compliant with NCAA rules, but nonetheless we have launched a full investigation,” athletic director Bill Martin announced in a statement.
