Roy Jones destroys jeff lacy

Roy Jones Jr. was clearly the superier fighter on Saturday night when he made Jeff Lacy quit on his stool at the end of their 10th round NABO light heavyweight championship match.

“When they gave me the gloves, my hands are still as fast as ever,” Jones said. “I’ve got the quickest speed in the game.”

Lacy was so overmatched, Jones began to taunt the former super middleweight champ during each round.

“I’ve got to give the crowd what they want,” Jones said. “The crowd asked for it so I gave them what they wanted. I still love what I do.”

We’d love to say this fight means Roy Jones is back on top of the boxing world and ready for a showdown against Joe Calzaghe, but unfortunetly that’s not the case.
Ever since Lacy was embarrassed in the U.K. by Joe Calzaghe, he’s been a broken fighter. He needs to hang up the gloves and take a job flipping burgers at BK.
