Before you say anything - yes I do agree it sounds like something out of bad episode of Jerry Springer.

Ryan Day (ranked number 8th in the world) has married his aunt. Well technically she is not his aunt. As in CSI DNA-analysis technically speaking.

But she is his step-mother’s younger sister. His dad divorced when Ryan Day was a wee nipper as it were and married his step mum Paula in 1999.

Ryan and his auntie (she is only 4 years his senior) decided to give it a go a few years ago and have a daughter together. Of course he has been taking some slack from his friends, well what else can you expect marrying your aunt by marriage?

But his blushing bride said “I didn’t realize it then, but meeting Ryan was the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I love him to pieces.”
