Steve Nash signs extension with Suns

According to his agent, Steve Nash has signed an 2-year extension worth $22 million with the Phoenix Suns.
“This is one of the hardest-working and most resilient athletes to have ever played in the NBA,” his agent Bill Duffy said. “He earns every penny.”
Under the agreement, $6 million of the final two years of his new contract will be deferred, and Nash will then be paid $3 million in each of the 2 years after the contract expires.
Nash is 35-years old and he’s entering his his 13th season in the NBA. This contract could very well keep him in Pheonix for the rest of his career.
