Nationality: American

Nationality: Canadian
Career Achievements: Played collegiately at Gardner Webb University in North Carolina, and is now playing on the Futures Tour.

46. Lisa Ann Horst

Nationality: American
Career Achievements: Horst is actually not a tour player. She’s a LPGA Class A pro. I’m pretty sure this is every guy’s fantasy when he signs up for lessons at the local country club. She’s also an author of a book called Golf Training: The Secrets to Effective Practice and a Lower Score (Finally!).

45. Momoko Ueda

Nationality: Japanese
Career Achievements: Youngest player in the history of the Japan LPGA Tour (JLPGA) to finish first on the money list. As of 2008 she’s playing in the US on the LPGA Tour, where she finished fifth in her first tournament, the SBS Open at Turtle Bay.

44. Katie Ruhe

Nationality: American
Career Achievements: Was a contestant on “The Big Break V” on The Golf Channel (you’ll find this to be a common theme on this list, as “The Big Break” tends to pick players based on their appearance every bit as much as their golfing ability). Played for the University of South Florida and now works for the Florida State Golf Association.

43. Grace Park

Nationality: South Korean
Career Achievements: Park was a top amateur in the United States, winning Rolex Junior Player of the Year in 1994 and 1996. She moved from that to the Futures Tour, where she utterly dominated, before moving on to the LPGA Tour. She’s won six tournaments since moving to the LPGA.

Nationality: Spanish
Career Achievements: Plays on the Ladies European Tour currently, following an outstanding junior career that saw her win multiple national amateur championships.
