Tim Tebow wants his draft value projected
Florida Gators quarterback Tim Tebow NFL advisory committee to project his draft value so he knows if he wants to return to college or pursue a professional career.
When asked what direction he was leaning towards Tebow said, “I have no clue. I haven’t been thinking about it so far.”
The 2007 Heisman Trophy winner also said the outcome of the January 8th National Championship game will have no bearing on his decision.
“Win or lose, there’s going to be a lot to come back and play for,” he said. “There’s a chance to go for three out of four [national championships], which isn’t bad. If you lose, you have a chance to come back here and get your second. Either way, it would be fun.”
Draft expert Mel Kiper Jr. projects Tebow as a 2nd or 3rd round draft pick but obviously nobody really has any idea until after the combine.
If Tebow isn’t certain he’ll be selected in the first 3 rounds he should probably continue on with his great college career in Florida.
