Wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh has decided to leave the Cincinnati Bengals and sign with the Seattle Seahawks.

“I just felt it was the best destination, it was the best team, it was the best choice for me,” Houshmandzadeh said.

His deal with Seattle is a 5-year deal worth more than $40 million and more than $15 million guaranteed.

The Vikings were also heavily interested in Houshmandzadeh but the 31-year old receiver said he wanted to play with Matt Hasselbeck.

This proves Houshmandzadeh is only in it for the money. If he wanted to win games he’d be a Viking right now.
