The biggest joke in boxing (Nikolai Valuev) will be fighting the most boring fighter in the history of boxing (John Ruiz) for the vacant WBA heavyweight championship belt on August 30th in Berlin.

Valuez beat Ruiz back in 2005 by a majority decision but lost the belt in 2007 when he was defeated by Ruslan Chagaev.

“Nikolai is eager to win back his title,” Sauerland Event managing director Chris Meyer said. “He has gone through the full preparation twice and can’t wait to get back into the ring.”

Unless you want to fall asleep take my advice and do not watch this fight. It will be incredibly boring and a waste of your time.
