San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis thinks receiver Michael Crabtree should sign his rookie contract and get his ass to camp immediately.

“He needs to get his butt here and help this team out,” Davis told ESPN. “He has a chance to be a big-time player. He should take what he can get and get here.”

Out of all the players on the 49ers roster Vernon Davis is that last one who should talk. Last October head coach Mike Singletary unloaded on Davis for being a diva who always puts himself before the team, and now he’s going to publicly call out Crabtree for doing the same?
